Chuck Katz graduated from Bucknell University with a B.S. in Business Administration and from American University, Washington College of Law with a J.D. Mr. Katz is a member of the Delaware County, Philadelphia County and Pennsylvania State Bar Associations.

Since 2005 he has been selected annually as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer by Philadelphia Magazine. Main Line Magazine has ranked him as a "Top Lawyer". He is AE rated by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating for both legal ability and ethics.
